Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 7-10 business days. USPS Priority shipping arrives between 2-3 business days and UPS ground within 1-2 business days after processing.
Due to a temporary staff shortage processing will take longer than usually. We kindly ask for your patience during this time. We are appreciative of our customers and place great care into each order.
If you haven't received your order within 10 business days, email us at info@jimmyandmarys.com. Remember to include your order number.
Warm Climate/Summer Disclaimer
Please be aware that during the summer months or if you live in a warmer climate, there is a possibility that your whipped shea butter/butter bars may melt.
To prevent this, we suggest having someone available to receive your package.
However, if you do find that your product has melted, simply place in the fridge or leave at room temp until it becomes solid.
While we take every precaution to prevent melting, we are unable to furnish returns on melted or opened products.
